Woodworm

Description:
Common Furniture Beetle (Anobium Punctatum) this wood boring insect is responsible for approximately 75% of woodworm damage in this country and will attack hardwood and softwoods.

1. Roof Voids
This treatment is referred to as Full Roof Void Treatment.

All exposed roof timbers are to be cleaned down and insecticidal fluid is to be applied to all such exposed surfaces.

2. Floor Timbers
This treatment is referred to as Full Floor Treatment.

Floor boards are to be lifted approximately every 1.6m all accessible timbers to be cleaned down and insecticidal fluid to be applied to all such exposed surfaces, flooring, then relayed on completion.

3. Staircase Treatment
This is referred to a Full Staircase Treatment.

All exposed surfaces to receive a liberal application of insecticidal fluid, risers to be drilled with 12mm hole and rear side treated with the use of back spray nozzle.

4. Joinery Timber Treatments
This treatment is referred to as Full Joinery Treatment.

All exposed timbers to receive a liberal application of insecticidal fluid.
