Our range of services extends beyond Timber treatments and Damp Proofing. These cover, where necessary, full timber replacement, damp proofing, timber epoxy engineering, internal and external joinery replacement, below ground waterproofing, condensation solutions, wall tie replacement and general building works.

Guarantee

On completion of the contract where appropriate remedial treatments that have been carried out by Tay Property Services Ltd, a 30 year company guarantee covering the areas treated will be issued.

In addition to our own company guarantee we are also able to offer a “Back up Guarantee” issued by the Construction Guarantee Services Ltd. This is an independent insured guarantee and is valid for 20 years for which Tay Property Services are a member.
